If it says Prolite and you still have the rod, we'll take care of it. No receipt to dig up — a few quick questions, then a builder texts you to take it from there.
Warranty and repair work is done on the rod itself — you'll send it in, and a builder will text you exactly how. We're not able to cover lost or stolen rods.
