Recently, Rod Holmes, a longtime supporter, shared his experience in the Addicted Fishing Forum, and we’re excited to highlight his story.
Here’s what Rod had to say:
"I just wanted to give a shout out to a local business that puts out a great product, and the customer service is second to none. I bought this rod probably 6 or 7 years ago, and I busted a guide on it. I sent it back, and not only did they fix the guide, but they also fixed the butt on the rod that had a crack in it (No charge). Thanks, Chris Wegeleben at Prolite Rod Technology, for getting this fixed and back to me super quick!!"
Rod’s post truly captures what we strive to achieve here at Prolite. His rod had been with him for six or seven years, enduring plenty of fishing trips, and when a guide finally gave out, he sent it in for a repair. But our team noticed a crack in the butt of the rod as well. Rather than just fix what was expected, we decided to take care of both issues, free of charge. Getting Rod’s rod back to him quickly was a top priority, so he didn’t have to miss out on any time on the water.
