If it says Prolite, we've got you.

Something wrong with your Prolite rod? Let's get it taken care of. Start here and a builder takes it from there — no receipt, no photos required. You'll send the rod in for evaluation, and we'll text you how. (We're not able to cover lost or stolen rods.)

    Tell us what's going on A few quick questions — where you got it and what happened. No receipt to dig up, no policy to study.

    A builder follows up We open a real record and text you. Add photos or your order number anytime — they help, but they're not required.

  3. 03

    You send us the rod Warranty and repair work happens on the rod itself, so you'll ship it in — we'll text you exactly how. If it says Prolite and you still have the rod, we'll take care of it. We're not able to cover lost or stolen rods.
