Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Costs
Prolite Rod Technology primarily ships via USPS with $100 insurance coverage included. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We use reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Additional Insurance
For orders exceeding $100 in value, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance during checkout. Prolite Rod Technology is not liable for shipping loss or carrier damage once the package has been delivered to the carrier. Claims for loss or transit damage must be filed directly with the carrier.

Alternative Carriers
Upon request, we can ship via alternative carriers including UPS or FedEx. Regardless of carrier selection, the customer is responsible for filing and managing any shipping claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

FOB Shipping Point
All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier. Prolite Rod Technology’s responsibility ends when the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Carrier Damage or Loss
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling, contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim. Customers are responsible for managing shipping claims directly with the carrier. Upon request, Prolite may assist with documentation but is not responsible for carrier claim outcomes.

If damage is confirmed to be a carrier issue and you would like a replacement, we can re-ship the item at the customer’s expense once the carrier claim is initiated.

If you believe the issue is due to a product defect rather than shipping damage, please use our Warranty and Repair Request page for evaluation.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Prolite Rod Technology is not responsible for additional customs-related costs.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Prolite Rod Technology is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
