Customer Satisfaction Commitment
If you did not receive the rod you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the issue.
If an item was shipped incorrectly and remains unused, in original condition, and eligible for resale, we will provide a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible non-custom products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Custom Rods & Special Orders
Custom rods are built specifically to your order and are final sale once fulfilled. These items are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of a verified defect in workmanship or materials.
In the event of a verified defect, remedies are governed by our Craftsmanship Warranty. Prolite may repair or replace the product at its discretion.
Incorrect or Shipping Damage Claims
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is incorrect or visibly damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the claim.
Verified carrier damage or fulfillment errors may qualify for replacement or refund at Prolite’s discretion.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Store credit purchases are refunded as store credit.
