Terms of service

Welcome to Prolite Rod Technology. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Use

Prolite rods are performance fishing tools designed for use within their intended ratings and applications. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, high sticking, impact, improper storage, unauthorized modification, commercial misuse, or use outside the rod’s intended purpose is not covered under warranty.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of pricing. Prolite reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Prolite is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier damage, or loss once the product has left our facility. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility is governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy. Custom-built rods are not eligible for return except in the case of a verified defect in workmanship or materials.

If a model or component has been discontinued, Prolite may substitute a comparable product at its discretion.
