Cancellation Policy

Custom rods are built specifically to your order and begin production shortly after purchase. Because each build is unique, cancellations are limited.

Custom Rod Orders

Once your custom rod order has entered production, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel before production begins, a 50% restocking fee will apply to cover planning, materials allocation, and administrative costs.

Final Sales

All completed custom rod orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation once fulfilled. For information about warranty coverage or repairs, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
