Most rod-building classes put you in a room with dozens of other people and one instructor splitting attention forty ways. Ours don't. You're building alongside Christopher Wegeleben, the founder of Prolite Rod Technology, in groups of 1 to 6 — small enough that you get real, one-on-one instruction the whole time, not a lecture. We work with any skill level, first-timers through advanced builders, though a group builds best when everyone's roughly on the same page going in.
A hands-on build day (or two) in our shop. Choose the blank and components for your target species and fishing style — we guide layout, wraps, and finish start to finish.
A premium, done-for-you retreat for your team. We handle the logistics and can outfit your group with proper fishing gear, so cost doesn't stand between your team and the experience.

The Standard Workshop is priced per group, not stacked per head — a smaller group never pays less per person than a larger one.

The Standard Workshop is $1,000 for 1 or 2 people, plus $200 per additional person, up to 6 total. Corporate retreats and build-and-fish trips start at $500 per person per day as a planning guideline — final pricing depends mainly on lodging, so we'll quote your group directly.
