Why These Are Not Typical Production Twitch Rods
Most mass-produced twitch rods follow the same formula: shorter lengths, extra-fast actions, and stiff tips that feel powerful on the rack. On the water, they often feel unforgiving and pull hooks easily, especially when paired with braid.
Our salmon twitching rods are built with a mod-fast action that balances jig control and fish-fighting ability. Because these rods are custom built, the action is tuned through the blank, not forced into the tip.
