A good team trip gives people a chance to learn something, spend time together, and come home with a story. At Prolite, we plan corporate retreats around rod building, guided fishing, or a combination of both. We start with your team and build the trip from there.
Where your team wants to go
We can host your group at our shop in Olympia/Tumwater, Washington, travel to you, or help plan a fishing destination that fits the trip you have in mind. Tell us your group size, schedule, and what you’d like people to experience. We’ll work through the location and itinerary together.
We’ll help put the trip together
We can help coordinate the fishing, instruction, equipment, and other details that make the trip work. Your team doesn’t need to show up knowing how to build a rod or with all the right gear. We’ll find out what they need and plan for it.
Build a rod. Take it fishing.
One of our favorite ways to do this is to teach your team to build their own rods, then plan time on the water to fish with them. We’ll shape the build and fishing around the group, the destination, and the time available. Everyone gets hands-on instruction and a rod they had a part in making.
Pricing
As a starting point, plan on $500 per person per day. That’s a planning guideline, not a quote. The final cost depends on your group, destination, lodging, and what you want included. Share what you have in mind, and we’ll put together a price for your trip.
