Most corporate retreats ask your team to show up somewhere generic and do an activity that could belong to any company, any year. We think a retreat should feel like it was actually built for the people going on it.
That's the whole idea behind our corporate retreats: rod building, guided fishing, or both, planned around your team instead of the other way around.
We come to you — or somewhere better
We can run a retreat right here at our shop in Olympia/Tumwater, Washington. We can also travel to you, or work with our network to meet your team at a destination worth remembering — wherever makes the most sense for the group and the trip you're trying to give them. This isn't a fixed itinerary we run the same way every time. It's planned around your team's schedule, group size, and what you want the trip to actually be.
Full service, so cost doesn't get in the way
We handle the logistics — and where it makes sense, we can outfit your team with proper fishing equipment so nobody's scrambling to gear up before the trip. The goal is simple: your team should be able to show up and be treated to the experience they've earned, without cost standing in the way of doing it right.
Build it, then fish it
Where it fits, we like to pair the two halves of what we do: your team builds custom rods with hands-on instruction, then gets out on the water and fishes the rods they just built, guided the whole way. It's the difference between a team-building activity and a trip people actually talk about afterward.
How pricing works
Corporate retreats start at $500 per person per day as a planning guideline, not a fixed quote — the biggest factor in the final number is lodging, so the real price depends on your group and destination. Tell us your team size, what you're looking for, and where you'd like to go (or let us suggest somewhere), and we'll build an actual number around your plans.
